Who is responsible for data processing?

Through the contact form we collect the following personal data:

• First name and last name
• Email address
• Postal code
• Date of birth
• The content of your message

Why do we use your data?

Solely to respond to your enquiry or request for information about our classes, prices and activities at CHANDRA Yoga Space. Your data will never be used for commercial purposes or newsletters without your explicit consent.

Legal basis

We process your data based on your explicit consent, given by ticking the checkbox on the contact form, in accordance with Article 6.1.a of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

How long do we keep your data?

We retain your data for 12 months after the last communication. After that, it is securely and permanently deleted.

Do we share your data with third parties?

No. Your personal data is not sold, rented, transferred or shared with third parties, unless required by law.
